the movie's name is India 1964 i think, and the guy does look like ranbir....

his name is Aryan Malhotra in this short movie

yes it is him....but it was one of his short films he did abroad while studing acting and direction..not really a bollywood movie...

he also directed one called passion to love...i saw a scene from there...awesome work 👏 👏
