Shraddha hasn't done much movies. You may not be her fan (I'm not saying you're hating on her) that's why you feel she's everywhere. Sure she has a weak acting but after seeing her in Haider I changed my opinion.
It's not her fault the directors lack imagination when it comes to offering her roles. Why would she turn down movies with great production houses or hot names when Alia is already grabbing all the interesting work. Shraddha has to deliver commercially viable movies if she wants to withstand otherwise she'll be forgotten.
Look at what is happening with Katrina, her movies underperformed lately and people are starting to write her off.
She's not as much an insider as one can think. Sure she first worked with Aditya but only in his Y Films ventures which produced B-list movies.
But I agree she should hunt down more author-backed roles like the one she did in Haider however small the part is. That way, producers or interesting directors will think about her.
