At least he can work out. He is in entertaining industry. He can take inspiration from his wife who worked hard to come back, post motherhood.

From the beginning, he never bothered to maintain physique. (That too, when he debuted around the same time as Hritik). If he does not want to work hard, why will anybody pay to watch him.

Yes, he has acting potential. But that alone is not sufficient. He should have debuted and continued in parallel movie industry rather than coming to mainstream (where he is constantly compared to his father). If he puts on further 20 more Kgs, he will only be good to play villain roles in South films.

Sorry but Ash isn't responsible for Vivek's mouth. He did that press conference on his own and he got dumped after that too because Ash always told him to shut his mouth but he never listened. So that's all him!

He is a good human being I agree with you, but no I don't feel bad for him.

He is doing supporting roles because that is his talent.He shouldn't even be in the film industry at that level He is a super privileged starkid with a great education, but what did he do with it ? His father earned his way into BW literally through blood and sweat (remember his accident). It was not handed to him, he was no hero material but he used what he had and carved a place for himself. As for Abhishek, let us be honest here, were it not for Amitabh Bachchan's son do you think he would have landed someone like Ash or even had a career that put him in a position to access someone like her ? His wife is blessed with good looks, but there are many good looking people. To translate those looks into a career that pays with endorsements and modeling and adulation takes work, real work. No one handed it to her. Otherwise with her middle class background only eve teasers will whistle at her on the road for her beauty and eagle eyed women would have wanted her as a dil for their ugly sons.

Both Amitabh and Ash did not became famous overnight, it was not handed to them, they worked hard for it. Abhishek though was handed a career on a plate because of his last name, was given more than enough chances and squandered all of them. Worst is he never seemed to care or be that interested. There are other starkids who were handed a career too but difference is they worked hard. Everyone from Hrithik to Ranbir to little Alia to Varun. They all have godfathers and you can say their last name gave them an entry, but you cannot fault them in their work ethic. They come across as grateful for the opportunity and do not take it for granted. That is the difference between Abhi and them. He took it as a privilege and right. So boohoo if he has to stand back if the world wants his father and wife, they earned it. Abhi is a hanger on. He needs to take a good hard look at his life and the privilege he has and be grateful, not whiny.

bollywood is not everything. the guy has got legendary parents, one insanely beautiful wife, an adorable daughter . besides his teams both (kabbadi and football one) are very successful. he is earning enough to lead a luxurious life. what else does one need to be called lucky? i don't feel bad for him at all.

I feel the same.

There is a life beyond box office. Who said child of a legend is not allowed to fail? Everything is not about only success in profession.

All these talks like 'he wouldn't have got chance if he was not son of Big B' are just pure assumptions. Do we have any crystal ball? Just rough guess. If he was not Son of Big B, he would have started with small and then become big, there wouldn't have been burden of father's stardom. If people like ksg, barun, gurmeet who have no talent can get movies after flying dupatta and twisting arms, abhishek is much better performer than them (watch guru and yuva, he just nailed it), have good height and decent look.

And, how to know he is jealous or not? May be he is the most secure person and have no issue with his dad and wife are bigger star than him, and just get little worked up looking at some useless troll.

We can never know why people are getting lots of chances. Anushka who is completely outsider, after giving biggest disaster still her plate is full and one of her release is most awaited movie of the year. Which God father is working in her favor?

Fine, aish is with him because of his last name, but that's normal and same for every belly actress. Kareena is with Saif because he is nawab, Rani is with adi because he is the owner of YRF.

Abhishek has his own sport team and he might be investing somewhere. It's not important to declare everything.

Sachin, Sunil G, Sehwag, Big b are not God. They are very much human, and there was nothing wrong if Abhishek was standing with them. He is a celeb and have his own sport team. Which other qualifications are required to stand them? At least let him watch cricket peacefully.

Abhishek is past that stage where he can pull audience to theatre with solo leads. No one is gonna give him steller scripts.

IMO, Abihshek Bachchan is a far better than Ranbir Kapoor. He was superb in Refugee, Yuva, Bol Bachchan, Bunty Aur Babli, Dum Maaro Dum, Zameen, Sarkar Raj, LOC Kargil, Dhoom & Bluffmaster. Man, all these performances are superior than what Ranbir ''Overattted'' Kapoor has done in his entire career. He was only good Rockstar, Rocket Singh, Rajneeti & Barfi. Overall, I agree with all your points apart from one small thing which I already just mentioned.

I think people are very unfair towards him for obvious reasons. People never give him credit for his talent as has proven many years that he act. He knows theres a lot of pressure under him when comes to movies due expections and negativity from fans. Yes, he got many film offers because of his tag name Bachchan but his performances jusfied his talent.

The guy has worked hard despite the pressure being put under him and I think he deserves to continue his acting career. He's got talent even his comedy has improved so much e.g. Bol Bachchan and Happy New Year.
