Awew!!!!!! 70+ likes on my first ever os... Isn't something great??? I am jumping jumping...
A big big big thank you to all of you friends, for appreciating my work... I can't explain you in words that how much I am happy...

ONE SHOT

|| The Unspoken Words... ||

"I love you Raman.."

"You are my everything."

The words are echoing into her ears. After realizing it what Raman said, she feels like she wants to cry. She wants to ask Raman, Why? She wants to know.. She needs to know. "Why won't Raman say I love you or I love you too to me?" She asked to herself. This one question is bothering her from past one year.

Raman and Ishita have been a couple for almost a year and there is a thing that's killing Ishita. Raman only said I love you to her when she confessed and when they became official. That bothers her badly, he never replied 'I love you too' to her whenever she said 'I love You, Raman.'

"Maybe he doesn't love me anymore... Maybe I am so clingy? What is wrong.. Where did I gone wrong?" Ishita tried her best to recall the moments that happened to them. Trying to think if Raman had said the words to her back then. But she knows to herself that she has a great memory and she can't remember any. Although she feels shit right now, she is still waiting for Raman to pay her a visit and try to give him some hints. She doesn't attend class today because she doesn't feel good.. emotionally.

"Kanna is there something wrong? Are you sick?" Her mother softly asked, standing in front of her room's door and slowly walking towards her.

"I'm not sick, amma. I just don't want to go to college today... I'm sorry I have been a bad daughter.." Ishita replied while covering her face with a pillow, not wanting her mother to see her puffy eyes.
"Tell me what is wrong Ishu..." Her mother said with full of concern. She placed her hand in Ishita's hair and started to ruffle it softly.

Ishita removed the pillow and looked at her mother with pain in her eyes. "It's not that big amma... Don't worry about it." She said trying to shove her mother away because she doesn't want to talk about it.

"If it's not that big then tell me. I am your amma Ishu, you can't tell me not to worry.. if you look like in so much pain..." She kindly said. Ishita sighed, a sign of giving up but still thinking if she should tell it or not.

"Come on Kanna... Spill it." Ishita sighed again.

"It's Raman..." She said trying to hold back her tears.

"Did you two had fight?" Her mother asked concerned.

"No... It's just that we have been a couple for almost a year and he had said I love you to me for two times only... He doesn't even reply the right words when I told him that I love him... It really frustrates me amma but at the same time it hurts... Why? Doesn't he love me anymore? Is it hard to say the words?" She said while crying, her mother is patting her back while saying some word that will comfort her.

"Kanna there is many ways to say I love you... You just need to listen, feel and open your eyes." That really did not help her at all. But she doesn't want to make her mother worry anymore so she just nodded and thanked her.

Her mom left her room after some minutes, but the tears are still flowing from her eyes.

"If there are many ways to say I love you, why won't Raman use the most basic way?" She wandered.

She heard a knocked from her door and saw her mother looking worried so she gave her a confused look.

"Raman is here, do you want me to make some excuses that will make him leave?" Her mother asked.

"No. Let him see me, I want to see him too. But give me a minute to prepare myself." Shee said. Her mom nodded and left.

She stood up and went to her bathroom. She looked at the mirror and saw herself having super red puffy eyes. She washed her face to reduce the redness and puffiness but after that it is still noticeable. She sighed and left the bathroom and made her way to her bed and lay.
"Ishita... I'm coming in okay?" Raman didn't wait for her answer and already came in.

"Are you sick?" Ishita shook her head. She wants to give some hints to Raman. She wants to understand what her amma is talking about.

"Why won't you look at me?" Raman asked confuse.

"Why won't you say that you love me?" She wants to ask back.

Raman touched her face and made it look to him. She looked directly at Raman's shocked eyes and slightly panicking.

"What's wrong? What happened?" Raman asked with full of concern.

"You happened." She replied with a low voice.

"What? Me? Did I do something wrong?"

"I love you Park Raman. I really do." She said with all her heart and soul.

"Huh? What did I do?" Raman sighed. She only wants to hear the words from her boyfriend's mouth. Is it too much to ask?

"Raman please leave. I want to be alone right now." She knows that she is being unreasonable but she can't help it. Maybe she is kinda over acting but she can't help.

"If that's what you want..."

'Idiot. I want you to stay and say that you love me! '

"I really don't know what happened but I'm sorry. Please take care of yourself and eat at the right time. Have medicine to if your head aches. I'll fetch you tomorrow morning if you're okay already... Goodbye Ishita." She cried more. She could feel Raman's sincerity in every word that he said but there is one thing missing. The 'I love you Ishita." is missing again.

Ishita didn't know to herself that she had fallen as sleep. It's already morning and it's just the exact time to get ready for college until she remembered that Raman will fetch her. Her morning is not good at all.

Finally she's done with everything. Her mom again reminded her to listen and understand what Raman is saying. She still doesn't understand it. It is just a simple I love you with or without her name would be fine.

Raman came to her place. He said his Good Morning and kissed Ishita's cheek. Ishita hadn't reacted at his actions. She just went to Raman's car and hopped in.

Raman sighed and furrows his brows thinking of what he did wrong for Ishita to act like that but couldn't think any. Ishita in the other hand is being an absent minded so she didn't know that Raman had already entered the car. She just knew it when he leaned closer to her. She let out a small gasped for being shocked.

"Put your seatbelt on." Raman already did it so she didn't do it anymore.

They arrived at their college on time. Although they are walking together, some students noticed that they are not holding each other's hands and something is wrong with the couple but decided to ignore it.

Classes started and Ishita is not listening. Raman exchanged seats to Mihika so he could sit beside Ishita but she seems like she hadn't noticed it so Raman took her right hand and started to massage it.

Ishita though is slightly shock but didn't show it. She doesn't need some massage. She needs to hear something that will make the pain stop.

The class ends, Raman and Ishita didn't leave their room, giving each other some invisible signal.

"Raman I love you. I love you so much." Ishita blurted out, she is trying again.

"Are you breaking up with me?" Ishita wants to slap Raman using a chair at this moment but decided to not to do it.

"Do you love me like I love you, Raman?" She asked sounding in so much pain. Raman can't take it, he can't look at Ishita's pained expression because he promised to her not to make her cry but he failed.

"Yes. I really do." He said with full of sincerity.

"Then why won't you tell it to me? You only tell it to me twice! I have been giving you some signs but you are too numb to know it!" She said while crying so hard.

"I'm sorry Ishu, I didn't mean it... I just thought that making you feel that I love you is enough..."

"Actions without words are confusing Raman..."

"Though every day I am telling you that I love you in different ways..." Ishita's head is about to explode. Her mother and her boyfriend are telling the same thing. She wants to ask him how or what but some words started to popped in her head.

"Put your seatbelt on."

"Take care..."

"Eat always."

"Don't come near him."

"You are my life and my light."

"You are my dream and everything..."

"My heart starts to beat so fast whenever I think about you..."

"You are the reason of my smiles..."

"You're the only person that I would introduced to my family."

"I will do everything for you Ishita..."

"I can't live without you."

"You filled the missing part in me Ishita..."
"I think of you every day and night..."

"I thought I will lose you. Please don't do that again."

"I will protect you forever."

"Forever is not enough for me to show that I love you."

"You are not my first but you will be my last."

"As soon as we finish studying I will marry you."

Ishita couldn't help it but to cry harder. She is the one who is numb here, she is the one who is idiot here. Why hadn't she realized it all along? Raman felt his heart fell on the floor when he saw Ishita cry harder after spacing out. He hugged so tight and she cried hard on his chest while repeatedly saying, "I'm so sorry."

Raman can't completely understand the current situation but he continued to make her stop crying.

"I'm so sorry for doubting you. I am so idiot, numb and everything. I thought you.."

Raman kissed her, it was just a simple peck but Ishita's lips started to move so he responded. Tasting every inch of her mouth is one of his dreams and now it is happening. The kiss lasted for minutes when Ishita pulled out and catches some air.

"I love you so much Ishita. I really do love you." and he kissed on her forehead showing all the love for her...

It was one of the most beautiful os i have read

I love the theme !

Its true that actions speak louder than words but sometimes as a way of showing reassurance or affections words r needed too!
