They show a scene where Dharam gifts Meera a yellow saree,
It is in. Plastic packet, not gift wrapped. But he gives it to her with a smile saying it is her favourite colour
She receives the gift with out any smile, looks at it strangely and does not return his smile or thanks
Later Dharam discovers she has made curtains out of that saree . We were shown long yellow curtains hanging in the room .π
Gaura , who does not miss any chance to add fuel to the fire during Dheera clashes, enters the room and starts taunting Meera that her son Dharam had taken so much pains to select a saree for her and she disrespects him by turning that into curtains. She laughs as she looks at Dheera n the curtains .
Meera says offscreen that she is hurt because of Dharam but she is arrogant and rude , she makes sure Dharam starts hating her .
As the trio are in the room Dharam is upset because of Meera's rejection of his gift, and Gaura's continuous taunting makes him feel worse
He gets irritated and shuts up Gaura and asks every one to be silent .
He walks off
Meera says offscreen that she did not want to wear such an old looking saree.
