reason of monu condition diff(a doubt)

i have not watched the two episode but how gud it would be if monu got heart attack due to some other reason and then this news came and everybody thought that this was the reason and when he will wake up he will tell right reason then everyone will be regretting

Yeah I agree UMAT ... money minded Monu was fine after losing his money , company and property and for something like this where he is not concerned of Usha and her opinion to get a heart attack is just not sitting right with me too.
