Yup , urmila was always a part of him ...They were never separate .
Whenever Vishnu came to earth , shesh nag followed him so does Urmila .

I consider moon to be lakshman as his name suggests those with special marks
And urmilla as waves , moon keeps changing shape ,this represents the vanvas
