Shabnam threatened to ruin Sid. What if Yash found out that Shabnam might harm Sid again and somehow figured out that SidNi were on their way to Goa? So, throwing Sid's wallet could be Yash leaving some evidence in case something were to happen police or Sid's family could trace them.
