Help! Asya fanficton!

I've read this asya fanfiction some time ago. I thought that I had bookmarked it, but I can't find it anywhere. I don't know the title, but I do remember some parts of it. It was a story where Asad and Zoya are in love with each other, but Zoya is forced to get married to someone else (I believe his name was Farhaan, but I'm not sure). So on her wedding day, she attempts suicide, and is rushed to the hospital. I'm not sure what happens next, as I have never finished it. If anyone know the name of this fanfiction, please let me know.
