You are right, it was evident that Raunak was the lead. Unfortunately, after watching just a couple of episodes I realised that I don't like him at all. There is nothing special about him in looks and his acting is plain bad and I started avoiding his scenes. I preferred watching Akshay's scenes and hoping that considering his popularity, they would change the story. But sadly they didn't and now i have no reason to watch this show. You are right, no big deal it is just a serial, plenty others to choose from.
I have no problem with the story, in fact this is the exact story I wanted to see in the previous show on this slot but even there, SP failed to recognise which pair held the viewers attention and forcing an insipid couple upon the viewers led to the abrupt closure of that show.
Goes to prove that for a show to succeed casting the right faces is just as important as having good content.

Loved Sehban as Zaki in his last show, loved him here and am sure I will love him in any of his future show.
