The Om Shanti Om debutante has become the latest heartthrob of not just movie buffs but also her colleagues in Bollywood.

Few actresses send as many hearts aflutter as Deepika Padukone has even before the release of her first film. Her gorgeous disposition, beautiful face and endearing smile are sure creating soft corners in many hearts – particularly those of cricketers and actors.

The fondness of cricketers Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Yuvraj Singh for Deepika is an old dope. The latest rumour is that Deepika has caught the fancy of newcomer Harman Baweja , who was seen drooling over her at a party last week hosted by actor Sanjay Kapoor.

Harman reportedly came to the party with girlfriend Priyanka Chopra but was soon seen trying to woo Deepika. The lad sure has got a roving eye.

Sources from the party are quoted as saying that Harman was in a very jolly mood and indulged in some "harmless flirting" with Deepika despite the fact that his own squeeze, Priyanka Chopra, was in tow.

It goes to show how terrific Deepika looked at the party, the source adds.

Harman's wooing act must have made Priyanka jealous, and may be embarrassed, but she did not create any scene at the party.

Priyanka is aware that Harman and Deepika know each other from past.

Meanwhile, Deepika has admitted in a television interview that she is "friends" with some of the players in Indian cricket team. But she did not reveal any names.

er.. honestly, she's nothing special. she's too artificial, both physically & personality wise. i guess being artificial is attractive to some men.😆😆 no offense.😊

why are men drooling over deepika for. I think SRK is paying to get this girl more publicity so that his movie outsells sawaryia. She is alright there are many more beautiful actresses in bollywood. She is definitely not more beautiful than Aish, priyanka, Sonam, Bips etc.

The article sounds more about Deepika-trumpeting than presenting the original thing.....I can recount numerous incidents where inebriated men followed women throughout a party... so, does that make all those women Aishwarya Rai? 😕

Deepika is beautiful...but hello, there are ten more attractive women in Bollywood - Aishwarya Rai is the undisputed queen of beauty, Preity Zinta , Madhuri Dixit, Kareena Kapoor, Sushmita Sen and many more....

I don't remember any article with men hounding Aishwarya Rai.....

Either the article is trying to say that Deepika doesn't have the grit of Ash or Sush to keep men off bay or else is desperately trying to project Dips as a sex object.

I hope journalists write more about Dips' work than her looks.
