There was many spoilers and articles about naagin proposal to raman and other pathetic production but no one points to hanging and also no promo about it just raman shot ishita
I believe who wrote these spoilers they also confused 😆

I guess they are trying to keep the suspense about the promo that is why even the segments were just about family n ishra crying n in shock regarding the death sentence
