Not really sure weather love is really as much stupid as Indian entertainment industry reflects i to be or just powerful enough to manipulate anybody because of its sentiment? Today's episode seemed like a small filler episode with not much to tell but to build up towards the climax. Few of the things that stood out to me were the following;
Knuj voluntarily hurting himself in front of the doctor and the doctor declaring he's way too emotional appeared to be a stand out point to me. So far in terms of Twinkle and even Mahi, Knuj has reacted practically and not let his emotions get the best of him. Knuj as a person has a lot of empthay and helps anyone he can. Remember his guilt when Yuvi tried to kill him but he hurt Yuvi badly accidentally.
Slowly and gradually, Knuj has started treating everything related to Twinkle as more of his then Twinkle's and that displays his level of acceptance towards Twinkle which is important to develop more deeper as they move towards each other.
The episode progresses towards the surgery. Now the burn mark not just reflects the pain and injury inflicted on a person but also the loss of belief in one self which has been a trait in Mahi since her introduction.
>>Something I want to add as an emotional quotient is that people with low self esteem are quick to belief anyone who is validates them. With Mahi's character it is important to know her history. I hope if the creatives keep her, they develop her character as properly as they can. She grew up under protected shadow of her father, dealt with anxiety her whole life and probably was not able to fit in. She lacked love and proper care and the few to show her are the ones she happens to place her entire trust on. While Twinkle grew up in similar circumstances, she had her mama's family by her side when her mother continued to work along with her internal spirit to fight.
Now, Mahi was all ready to get the surgery done if Yuvraj hadn't arrived and taken her away. She was ready but this time Yuvi struck when the iron was not hot. he came in and said no. His validation for Mahi stood still but he has started showing his colors.
Thats the thing about Yuvi. he thinks he was once won the battle and he will win the war but he loses the war. He and Anita made their way into the Sarna house but till now, both haven't gotten the respect and acceptance from all the family members as Twinkle has despite Ushna's strict behavior. her position is permenant given she was the one to do the arti of Mahi.
The episode held reflection of what Yuvi had done before. Once he was successful and getting twinkle to trust him despite the tension between families, he fell to into abusing her emotionally and verbally as much as possible in name of passion and love. He is going down the similar path with Mahi. He has used her weakness against her and now that she is living underneath the same room as him, he is going to use her weakness to the extent that his reputation will turn into his own failure.
Knuj was quick to point to Twinkle that if he had an ounce of right over Mahi, he would not have let anything come in the way of her getting treated, and Twinkle has started agreeing with Knuj instead of proving her point only. A step forward and realization of her past mistake that has led to this. I love how Knuj was quick to dismiss her self-blaming because thats what the first love is. You give everything of yourself away thinking you can keep the other person forever which is not love but a romanticized version of it.
Mahi herself stood shocked for a moment as Yuvraj said no the treatment and no the loan offered by Knuj but her belief in this person who has treated her the best way possible has clouded her judgment not just against everyone else but against her father too who appeared as uncomfortable at the preposition as Twinkle, Knuj and Leela.
The conflict the episode carried was the movement towards the battle. Tomorrow's boxing match will be one of the next things Knuj will be taking away from Yuvraj after he's taken Twinkle away. The giant ego of Yuvi will not hold down at such a defeat, and despite being as cold and calculated he will eventually give away a part of his plan or weakness.
So hold on to your horses because this is going to get interesting and Yuvraj is going to down in worst way then he did n Twinkle's marriage and in her eyes.
I also wanted to adda suggestion regarding TRPs. Television and film are a business and if ratings aren't good, then channels take no time in pulling things off air and giving the soaps an abrupt ending. If you are unable to watch live on your television, then do sent positive feedback and aim for strong online presence. That makes quite an impact. 😊
