Hey guys! I am new here. Just wanted to pen down my thoughts and share with you all. Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies in advance if I hurt you with my opinions. I am writing all this out of concern as I had really become emotionally attached to this show. The way the story is progressing there seems to be no consistency/ continuity. All sorts of garbage have been piled on by our "intelligent" writers who claim to own the show. Not even a single mystery has been solved previously and they keep on piling up all the nonsense. There is a limit to absurdity! But the insanity filled in the writers mind seem to be endless!
The sad fact is that these writers are taking the fans and the audience for GRANTED! I can bet that almost 99% of us are only watching this for our beloved Drashti and Sid. Otherwise why would we waste our time, energy, effort, and emotions on such ridiculous drama they have been showing us for past I don't know how many months. In fact I have lost count of the number of tracks they introduced and completely abandon them by bringing in stupidity, cheapness and making a complete blunder. And they go to the extent of mocking Indian history and the royal families of ancient times. All this in the name of entertainment and to gain ratings? I am sorry to say this but it's a fact that now they just mocking us fans and also the royals. I don't believe in superstition. Okay so maybe black magic and all these voodoo stuff does exist but this? A painting with blood is all you need to hypnotize people? And they think we will buy this bullshit? If that's what it takes than the world today would not be as we know it. Would it kill the writers to keep it logical and ethical enough for the audience to relate? Our cultural norms are being portrayed as a joke!
So, this show was suppose to be a love saga? That's what the title says. The show started with such a fine set of actors and more than half of these actors have completely gone to waste by introducing pathetic tracks. Gayatri was introduced as an innocent young girl who dares to dream and falls hopelessly in love. Then post wedding, her character was given the maturity that it needed and against all the odds she fought for her love. Ranaji, who was completely shattered after the death of his first wife, slowly started living life again with help of Gayatri. Sulakshana's duplicate track was bearable. Even when Ranaji was oblivious to the fact that Sulakshana was fake, he still supported Gayatri. Thinking of that Ranaji and how they have shaped his character now seems like its two completely different individuals. We all noticed how the writers butchered Ranaji's character but no one seem to notice that Gayatri's character had also been heading in the same direction. The tracks they have introduced do not support the leads in any angle.
I can from the top of my head list the number of tracks they have abandon. 1. Rajmata's vow to solve yasoda's murder mystery 2. Lakhan and Swara's story (didn't make sense to just get him to exist the show, what happened to the ugly fact that the uncle and aunty were only after a heir) 3. Chachaji and the British officer's conspiracy to kill ranaji 4. Chachaji helping avdesh to win the gamble. 5. The reason behind why Rajmata supported avdesh and got him back in the mansion. Which brings us to the big secret! 6. Ranaji ordering his men to find out about avdesh history 7. BRM's sudden entry with ill health and now she seems to be healthier than ever 8. Rajmata's big secret and gayatri supporting her 9. That bhuteshwari's (what most of us call her) false accusation on sartaj of raping her 10. Gayatri helping sartaj escape the jail. Which brings us to the big ugly wedding. 11. Ranaji guilty of killing avdesh thus agreeing to marry that bhuteshwari 12. Ranaji constantly nagging Gayatri to know the truth (which he doesn't seem to care about now) 13. Conspiracy of spoiling the food by adding fish 14. Conspiracy of poisoning water
Seriously, not at any of the point did Ranaji realize all these conspiracy could be cause of his BRM, Chachaji, and the villains that kept coming. He forgot about the secret cause of which he married again, he forgot that gayatri actually made an attempt to prove him innocent and that he did not kill avdesh. And then suddenly Ranaji gets back to being romantic with gayatri. Well of course we want this! But with some proper logic and justification. And at the same time he is being nice to bhuteshwari by accepting the food she offers, listening to all her crap. Has he now accepted the fact that he has two wives? Merely just announcing gayatri as a Queen isn't enough. She didn't want that in the first place. We were so happy that we will be getting raga scenes and in the excitement we again forgot to notice somethings. The whole set up..out in the open? Where BRM and Bhuteshwari can easily spy on what those two are up to! BRM only cared about that throne and giving it all she could to make sure that there is no heir. Now it's a competition? Who gives the heir? And where does Rajmata stand in all this drama? Just as a moral support for Gayatri and nothing else! Atleast before Gayatri and Rajmata were smart enough to find out the truth and bring it out infront of Ranaji. Now they are all shown as puppets.
All of us were so confident that the wedding will not take place and gayatri will save the day. But the wedding did happen. Now I just can't see this show the same way. Never mind evil, Ranaji has another wife! And both the leads are nothing but puppets of the villains. It will take more than just showing us a two episode long revelation and Ranaji banishing BRM and Bhuteshwari from the kingdom and a happy ending song.
This is going to be a very very long ride. Again I apologize if I upset any with my POV. But I needed to let it out! With the writers only given us negativity, how do we think positive?
