She was hospitalised last month for Kidney stones or something like that. Looks like a post treatment weight gain. Few things are beyond us.

It's very rude to speculate if one is pregnant just because they appear 'big'.

She's a very beautiful woman and one of the few who are talented in the industry. Whether she's pregnant, or not, I hope she remains happy.

See, I strongly disagree with your opinions. Slim & trim? The only one actress who fits that description is Shilpa, and her career as an actress we all know. I think and believe its talent that speaks for itself. Yes, in this industry you have an image to maintain. I agree with that. But if you're good at what you do roles will come to you in the snap of a finger. Rani and Vidya - two actresses that have never been fit or slim and trim in your words, but whose work speaks for itself.

Well I hope so..

I don't read much about her but I think she has some health issues that are preventing her from conceiving. I think she falls sick. Many people thought Vidya was pregnant prior/during HAK shooting, but during HAK she fell really sick too and suddenly news about her pregnancy stopped too.

Reading some posts on this topic ... 😕 Anyone who is SENSIBLE can sense the fact Vidya has health problems. Every year she is hospitalized for one reason or the other.
