I think the mystery man non other its Balvindar & I'm sure dadi take her BH only for Yuvani separation & this time its a big reason that Suhani never become a mother...

No the mystery man won't be Balvinder bcz she was outside with others When Suhani fainted and also when that mystery man picked up the balloon...
