Difference b/w Hiten & Cez

Both Hiten & Cez have played Anurag Basu, but what is the difference b/w both of them. I mean somebody mentioned that we all know how Cez khan has played the character of Anu in a different way and Hiten looks fake as Anurag.

What characteristics and traits had cez khan's Anurag basu had and which hiten does not?

Can anyone explain plz?
