According to a report on Spotboye.com, Rohit had taken Rs 18 crore from Sachin Ahir's wife, Sangeeta and promised her that he will make 'Golmaal 4' for her. But the catch was that the rights of the film were with Raju Shah.
The report states that Rohit fixed a meeting with Shah to initiate a deal. Shah has sold the rights of the film and it is now expected to go on floors later in the year and will see its release in 2017.
