The real reason why Virat Kohli - Anushka Sharma have called it quits
There is plenty of speculation on whether cricketer Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have parted ways. Turns out, their relationship is indeed in trouble. But according to an informed source, the crisis is not irreversible.
Says the source, "It is really about a long-term commitment. Virat wants to get married and settle down. Anushka doesn't want to rock the boat. She has been informed by her wise friends in the film industry that married actresses do not have a long shelf life in the entertainment industry. So she has, for now, turned down his proposal."
This has not gone down well with Virat.
Apparently, Anushka is also insecure as her last film Bombay Velvet did not do well at the box office.
"Her next release Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is with her Bombay Velvet co-star Ranbir Kapoor. That's not a comfortable place to be at the moment. Anushka is unlikely to think of marriage for now," says the source.
Mr Kohli would just have to wait.
