Parvathy, she comes across as calm and focussed, besides she isnt part of the tv group so would be more neutral

My vote goes to Mukti.She will be a good captain because she is calm,composed and emotionless just like Dhoni.She also talks less and being a strong player can lead from the front.After Jay's elimination it will be difficult for the new captain to boost the morale of the team but I think Mukti is competent to do the job.
