So Geet has a bitter past something horrible has happened to her
and that two years ago while Muskaan also died two years
for some reason I still believe Geet is only Maan's wife whether she is Muskaan or Geet because Maan's love is true and he recognized her without seeing her face than Geet also cannot see Maan in pain she also feels pain maybe her feelings is just that she is soft person but I doubt that
something is there that connects Maan and Geet
