i started watching kaala teeka, because though the protagonist were suffering they always came up trumps, and they eventually won, all of jatima plans failed and kali sear determination won. but even since the entry of the insufferable kalyani, the abject cruelty portrayed in this serial has increased. for 14 years a child suffer the most atrocious exploitative treatment by all and sundry, and nobody thinks that it is downright human degradation. gauri treats kali like a slave, taking credit for all on kali good work. kalyani and madri abuse and insult her and ill treat her. apparently even the sweet neelu baiya is being mistreated under his father nose and his father has no idea.
and now kali saviour from her childhood is all grown up, and by the promos will mistake gauri for kali and probably fall in love with the obnoxious brat.
i thought with leap things would be for the better for kali. young kali was a smart spirited little child. this grown up kali is an self conscious, unsure and harassed bachari.
