Rose dayIt was 7th of Feb,the rose day for everyone but for ishita it was just a normal day.she wear her black tee with blue denim ,all set to leave for radio station.
Ishita- neelu ,make my breakfast soon.I am getting late.today I have to start our new show,mohabbatton ka safar.its damn annoying, in this I have to listen love stories of people. I don't know which idiot made this damn valentine day.and not only a day but a whole week.bechare bande bik jaate hai apni girlfriend ko khush karne mein.(poor guys get sold off to impress their girlfriend) I just hate this very concept of love and valentine day.she said wearing her high heels.
After ten minutes,
Neelu- breakfast is set didi.have it.
Ishita got angry seeing the breakfast.
Ishita- how many times I told u not to make south Indian cuisines for me.I don't like them.
Neelu- sorry didi.our neighbor made more batter then required so she gave me.u were getting late so I made this dosa.I will make something else for .
Ishita- no need,I will have something in office.saying so she was about to go,when neelu said ,if u don't mind can I ask something.
Ishita- yes ask,she said wearing her watch.
Neelu- I never seen anyone who don't like south Indian food and being a South Indian, why u don't like it.
Ishita stops in mid hearing her question.
Ishita looked away and said- that's none of ur business. Never ask such questions. And this bloody watch is taking forever to wore.saying so she throw the watch in sheer frustration. And went away.
She was waiting near her car for her driver,she look around and saw many flowers vendors were selling red and pink roses.she like a hypnotised person and went to him .she was looking at the stall.
F.v-maam,which flower u want.
Ishita- do u have China rose.
F.v- China rose?what's that ma'am.
Ishita- it has some other name also,what its name.yes hibiscus. Do u have that.
F.v- hibiscus? Who buys hibiscus on rose day ma'am.see these roses r much beautiful then those hibiscus, take them.
Ishita- no I don't want them.saying so she goes back to her car.her driver was standing there.he took her to the radio station.
She entered the office and saw many bundles lay in a corner.
Ishita- hari ram,she called the poen.
Hari-ji madam ji.
Ishita- what's this.
Hari- madam these r the letters ur fan send u for that blind date contest.I was waiting for u only.tell me where to keep them.
Ishita- keep them on my head.
Hari-ok madam.
Ishita- what OK idiot ,throw them out.
Rahul- ji nahi,u have to read them and choose ur sabse bada fan and then a blind date on valentine.
Ishita take her glasses which were on her head and said- u must be joking rahul.I am not going to read any nonsense. Waise bhi u have gave me a romantic show for this week.I am not going to do anything else.understood Mr rahul khurana.
Rahul- OK sweetheart, but u have to give this clarification to our boss.because I am going for a week holiday with my fiance .
Ishita- boss is here.and u r going.no rahul u can't do this to me.he is so rude and I have to work under him for a week.
Rahul- try him ishu ,he is hot.
Ishita- and u r going to be killed.I am not going to meet him.just go and tell him that I am denying for this stupid contest.
Rahul- look there,there he is sitting.in his cabin.just go and tell him.
Ishita- rahul please go and tell him,that I don't believe in these kind of crap.it a total waste of time.
And so as radio is but still people listen to it.they heard a voice and saw him standing in front of them.
Ishita- boss,I just wanna say say,
Man- first of all,I am rkb secondly,I don't like people who fumbles.tell me clearly.he roared.
Ishita- I don't like this damn contest .u please choose some other RJ.she said in a go.
Raman- OK,I will choose.
Ishita sighed in relief.
Raman- just give me ur resignation. I don't want people who don't obey me.
Ishita- what boss,I mean rkb ,how can I leave the job.u can't terminate me also.we r in contract.
Raman- and that contract says that u have to do everything as I say .so either u will help me in this concept or u will leave.choose between the two.u have two hours to decide,saying so he was going back.she ran behind him but got banged with the bundles,her heel broke and she was about to fall when Raman hold her in neck of time.
His rude face turned into concerned one in a fraction of second.
Raman- r u OK.
Ishita was in his arms and he was holding her firmly.she look at him.he look at her.they share an eye lock.he caressed her face with his one palm and asked again,this time a little louder- r u OK ishita.
His voice broke her trance and said standing up- yes rkb I am fine.
His face get back to his usual one .
Raman- tell me after u decide.saying so he went inside.
Ishita went inside her room and saw lots and lots of bouquet of roses in her room.
She shouted - hair ram.he ran to her cabin hearing her voice.
Ishita- what the hell is this.who brought these roses.
Hari- I don't know madam.when I open ur cabin in the morning,these r there only.
Ishita - OK just collect them and throw them out.
Hari- madam,these r so beautiful. How can u tell to throw them.
Ishita- OK ,don't throw but at least take them away from my eyes.I don't like them.saying so she was going when her eyes fell in the corner.a China rose or say a hibiscus was kept there.she goes to it and picked it.
It has a sticker with it.
She read and smiles slowly. PTO was written in the corner.she turn it and read it.
I know u will pick this only,coz its odd one out.if i succeeded in spreading a little smile on ur face ,then please let the flowers stay around u.u look beautiful in between them.
She smiled again and said- hari ,leave the roses here only and go.
Raman look at her and smiled seeing her smiling face.and went from there in his cabin.
Rahul was sitting there,Raman came crossing him.
Rahul- what u r doing and why.
Raman- what I am doing.
Rahul- don't try to play innocent.u love her then why u r doing this damn contest.what u wanna prove.
Raman came to rahul and said- stop saying this,or she will hear.I will tell u when we will go home.
Rahul- why I will come with u.
Raman- because u have to go on date with ur fiance that is my sisy simmi.
Rahul- oh yes I forget that I have to go with her.OK bye Raman see u soon.saying so he ran away.
On the other hand,ishita's show was on air.she was listening love stories and playing songs but her mind was stuck on that single flower which made her world upside down.she took it out of her bag and read the note again.
Ishita- (st)why I am feeling that its his handwriting. Can it be possible that he came back.thinking about him take her back to his memories.
Flashback
Ishita was sitting in the school campus when she saw him coming to her.she look around that noone see them together. He came to her and give him a hibiscus.
Ishita made a dirty face and said- what's this gappu.
Gappu- actually today is rose day naa.and I don't have money to buy a bouquet, so I brought this China rose.u like it Ginni.
Ishita- chee,I don't like this ugly flowers.and please don't call me Ginni.if anyone will listen then what will be my reputation.
Gappu- but Ginni we r friends since u were ten and I was twelve. And u only told me to join this school.then why u r ignoring me.
Ishita- listen gappu,yes we r friends since childhood but now we r not child .we r grown up.I agree I told u to join this school but u r so different from us.just look at u,u r a complete geek.nobody wants to be ur friend and I can't leave my whole gang for u.so better stay away from me gappu.saying so she ran in her class leaving him alone.
Flashback ends
Her thoughts were broken with her show going off air.she made a straight face and went to her cabin.she locked her cabin from inside and cried bitterly.
Ishita- I am sorry gappu,I hurt u.I am very bad ,I treated u badly that's why u went away from me.but I am really sorry.please forgive ur Ginni.come back to me gappu.see today I have everything in life.have many roses on this rose day but I want ur China rose between these roses.just come to me once gappu.
