I know right.When she said pass, she just realized she acknowledged the breakup, so even when the next question came up, she was still thinking about it, hence she clarified that, "When did I say we broke up etc", in an effort to 'invalidate' the question like she said. But it was too late.
In effort to cover up what she already gave away (confirming the break up) she made a complete fool out of herself and ended up disrespecting the very relationship that she was nurturing for so many years.
She shld've left it at "pass"
