Who is more deserving for Padma award ?

I think dono ke bich Padma award ke liye charcha thi

So to choose who is more deserving.They pick Anupam.

It may have hurt the ego of Kader Khan because he feels he is more deserving than Anupam.He is angry and made some statements against Anupam.

Honestly I believe Anupam Kher has more impactful career than Kadar Khan.
