I think Kunal himself might do something which might trigger Roshni's memory. Maybe Sid will get himself caught in front of Roshni and intentionally get Kunal to beat him or worse...the shock could trigger her memory. The way Roshni pretended to be shot during Misha track...here too Sid can fake something as being hurt. We all know that Roshni can't stand seeing her Sid hurt just as he can't see her hurt.
