Rithweek or Ritvik-another blopper??

On 30th Oct Video the name in the record showed Rithweek and on Nov 1st the record showed Ritvik. Isn't it the same record book they are referring to? How can the name be spelt differently on the same record?

Maybe another blopper!

Yup yup Prachi Mishra has turned into PrachiShah (note there's no space between the two words) and Rithweck has been changed into Rithwik. And turned out there are more than one book or something. We should really praise the creative for their guts and bold actions, really.

Edited: I am dumb and was confused. There are indeed two books. Now I don't even remember Prachi signing anything regarding Rithweck/Rithwik in hospital. Seriously have trouble with long and short term memory:(
