what is the status of swasan divorce

seriously its annoying to hear the same jaap from all the devils that swasan marriage...can we know what is the status of swasan divorce...what happened after ragini plan got successful when swara sign the divorce paper and got her out of the house...did she submitted the divorce pappers in the court...has divorce proceeding stopped...what is the status...

those devils needs to open their eyes to know that swasan are already married from their first marriage together...so even if the 2nd marriage does not happen...swasan are still married in the eyes of legal system...swara has full rights to enter MM as DIL and wife of sanskaar...she has all rights to stay with sanskaar in one room...she has all rights to kiss her husband on his cheeks...on his forehead...on his lips...there is no need of loony maasi to give a shock constipated expression if swara kiss sanskaar...😡...being a married man...sanskaar can make a decision of staying separately with his wife and noone can stop him...not even his family...

i want to know the status of swasan divorce...there is no hint abt it...

its better...swasan gets married in the temple secretly and come infront of the family...i am just fed up of this grand wedding atmosphere being ruined by all this stupid jaap 'jiji kush nahin hai...yeh shaadi nahin hogi'...seriously i feel like stitching loony maasi mouth when she utter this words...

Thank you for this post.

I have been wondering about the divorce status for some time now. Divorce just dosen't happen by signing papers. There is a procedure and it takes time. One can withdraw the petition if they don't want to undergo it. So I am confused

Probably I should not be confused as this is telly world.

Ragini said the papers are submitted in the court already when she asked swara to leave MM. Till now...they were talking as if divorce is over...not sure what Lakshya was saying...i mean how can he get ragini's signature under witness section and get his own divorce with her. I guess he has mixed the documents to confuse ragini.

Legally...they should not be divorced,...but RS will show whatever she wants accornind to her story.

Swasan divorce is in limbo compelled to come the world of the living whenever a villian has some test to go through.

I don't get it too. As far as I remember Laksh said today that the papers were submitted and if Ragini had signed then the formalities would have started. Never in my life have I heard of such legal formalities where the divorce papers have been submitted but they can not begin until another persone signs as a witness 😕

I wonder why hasn't anyone else besides Lask and Ragini asked about those papers? not even Swasan

Doesn't swasan have to appear in court themselves and since their marriage is so young they are normally asked to give another try and then court will review it ? How is it possible ragini and lakshya to have more control over this divorce than he couple itself. Telly world is sumtyms far removed from reality and anything is possible.

According to Indian law, if divorce is filed within 6 months of marriage then the marriage is nullified and the couple need not have to go through the divorce procedure.
