According to tulsidas Ramcharitra manas..Kekayi oppose ram sita maaraige because she thinks sita to be mis fit for ram..and ..moreover as a Raghuvanshi hoe can ram marry a other kul...Girl i mean caste that to with no such richness ...

and other reason was also there...that sita being the nost beautiful girl...if ram is maarying sita then what will happen to bharat...so intially ram and sita both convince kekayi and she agrees on one condition that with ram bharat too would marry an initally mandvi and bharat alliance was fixed then...one by one lakshman with urmila...and..sutkriti with...Shatrugan😊

This is totally wrong. I have read RCM, particularly the Baal Kand, many times and there is no account of Kaikeyi opposing Ram-Sita marriage. In fact, I have read quite a few versions and in none of them is Kaikeyi this evil or negative.

In fact in RCM, Kaikeyi is extremely affectionate towards Ram-Sita and loves Sita immensely.

I staunchly believe this saas-bahu drama with Kaikeyi is an SP invention. Zee Tv too tried it with their Ramayan in 2012, and when people criticized them for it, they quickly changed their Kaikeyi in literally one episode.

If there is saas-bahu drama between Kaikeyi-Sita in any version, I am curious which version the CVs will site. Personally, I feel it's something that could be left out. We see enough saas-bahu drama in other shows, let's not have it in Ramayan.
