Even the actor playing Shakuni won an award for playing best negative role. Satyanash.

I think it's the characters one enacts that "fetch" awards so to speak, not necessarily the acting per se.

Gautam really sucks as Karna. Mythology is not his forte whatsoever.

Gautam rode and shakuni guy won awards for best actor and villain? 🤣🤣

There are so many artist who are more well deserving for best actor that gautam. Gautam does not understand the essenese of Karna AT ALL! (that per say is not entirely his fault due to the extremely bad screenplay and characterisation.)

well then again.. this is the same award show that gave Yeh Rishta the best tv show award, so a bit doubtful of the credibility of this thing 😕

No offence to Gautam Rode. From whatever i have heard about him, he is a good actor and has won many awards for his other shows like 'Saraswatichandra'. Never saw any of them but just saying what i have heard. So i guess it is the script's fault. Don't know.
And this actor playing shakuni, neither his acting, nor his body language, nor his voice, nothing suits the character of Shakuni. I don't know how to react.
