24 hours passes, ishita condition was not much good... raman was worried for her... he gets the big blow of his life when doctor announces that ishita has slip into coma... raman was too numb to react... he was not in position to react.. mr bhalla firmly holds his son knowing that he will get broken...
Raman sees the doctor with teary eyes and he rushes in side room sees ishita laying on bed with close eyes... he holds her hands and sit beside her..
Raman: you are too bad ishita... this is not done... Get up ishita... your son is waiting for his mumma... you cant do this injustice to us... you are listening to me na...
Toshi jee holds raman and cries..
Raman: maa ask her to get up...
Toshi jee hugs raman and says: puttar.. ishita theek hojayegi... hold yourself raman... you have to look after your son also...
Raman shook his head and says: no I will not take care of any one... ish jaan get up... I am telling you I will not take care of your son... get up and take care of him...
Toshi jee: puttar... don't say like this...
Raman: she is not listening to me then why I should listen to her... baby ka khayal rakhna hai to khud uthy... and he cries holding her hand...
Toshi jee shook him and wipes his tears and says: raman... enough... hosh mein ao... believe me ishita will get fine... but till then you have to take care of your son... jab ishita theek ho jaye gi to kiya jawab do gay... tumhare bharosay chora hai usne apne bete ko...
Raman remembers..
Flashback:
Raman massaging ishita feet with oil.. ishita holds his hands raman stares at ishita and signs her what... ishita smiles and says: I want a promise from you raman...
Raman: kaisa promise???
Ishitar: you will take care of baby always even I am with you or not...
Raman: I will take care of you both always and you are not going any where leaving me ... I will not let you leave me..
Ishitar smiles...
Flashback ends..
Raman was lost in thoughts toshi jee shooks him making him come to the world of reality... he stares at toshi jee...
Toshi jee: raman...
Raman: maa baby kaisa hai..
Toshi jee: puttar wo theek hai... go and see your son... I am with ishita... and have faith on god... one day ishita will get fine.. raman nods and goes to see his son...
He sees him.. and gets teary... tear of happiness of becoming father seeing him in front of himself... The dream his ish has seen is now reality... Their baby is infront of him... how badly she wanted this child... how impatient she had for his arrival... he holds him and kisses him and smiles... the little baby holds his finger...
Raman: I love you so much baby...
The baby started crying raman tries to rock him but he was not stopping... raman takes the baby in ishita room and placed him beside sleeping ishita... the baby gets calm...
Raman sits and says: look ish... your baby wants you... you will not get up for him even... he cries...
Mr bhalla hugs raman and says: raman you are my brave son... mata rani per bharosa rakh wo sab changa kar dain gi...
NEXT DAY
Doctor tells raman that he can take baby home the kid is stable... raman nods.. toshi jee takes baby from raman and says: come puttar lets go to our house...
Raman folds his hands infront of toshi jee and says: maa I have taken promise that I will return to our house with ishita...
Toshi jee: I am understanding puttar but how can you handle ... he is so small...
Raman: maa I am not leaving this city.. baby will be with you when I am in office and I will take him to flat..
Toshi jee tries to say but mr bhalla stops and says: we have no problem raman... you want to live in flat... its okay take care of yourself...
Raman leaves the hospital after biding bye to ishita stating that he will come regularly to her.. toshi jee cries mr bhalla consoles her and says: try to understand toshi jee... lots of memories are belong to that flat... its difficult time for raman.. let him face it.. we are always there for him... we can shift to his flat... if you want..
Toshi jee: nahe bhalla jee.. meiin usy aise nahe dekh sakti...
Raman enters his flat holding little baby gets emotional he can see and feel ishita every where... he goes to the room and placed baby on bed and sits... Bell rings... he open the door and sees mihika standing there..
Raman: mihika..
Mihika: I have something for you...
Raman: what???
Mihika gives him an envelope raman takes and sees mihika..
mihika: ishita has given me this to handover you if ... her voice choked and leaves hurriedly... raman hugs the envelop and cries..
Raman sits beside baby and start to read letter...
Hey ravan kumar...
Moti madrasan does not like his ravan kumar when he cries...
Reading the first line raman sobs...
Raman: come back ish... your ravan kumar cant live without you...
He continues to read..

He hugs the letter and cries... kisses the letter and sees the baby... takes him in arms and kisses his soft feather like cheeks and says: papa will be always with you ansh... and mumma will also with us soon... the little baby smiles... his lovely smile make raman lip curl into smile. ... he kisses his son again and wipes the tears...

AFTER FOUR YEARS
Raman days start from his son.. takes him to his ishita talks to her with hope that she will open her eyes.. then drops ansh at bhalla house and goes to his work.. on return firstly goes to ishita talks to her then takes ansh and goes to their flat...

Their son ansh is four year old... ishita is in still coma but raman does not lost his hope... raman kumar bhalla, now best entrepreneur of the year... have everything in life but does not have his ish... mihir mihika gets married... romi find his happiness in his wife sarika... while abhi gets married to his cousin sia...
family and gang was always there for raman to help him... never left his side for single moment... he become a successful business man.. mr bhalla was proud to see his son touching the heights of success... raman arranges all necessary arrangement and bring ishita to home...
