What did Prachi want to tell Milsi?

In yesterday's episode, they show Prachi draggin Milsi to a corner to tell him something. Before she could begin, he tells her that he has something to say. but before he comes to the point, Sowmya asking them to come for the cake cutting. Now did Prachi want to tell Milsi. Was she going to tell him that she has adopted the baby and Ritwik will be with them forever? Or seeing him move towards Neev (who had the baby in his arms) she wanted to drag him away from another confrontation because she knows Milsi is possessive about people surrounding him?

Topic: I think it was just for effect......Milli always used to drag...Prachi thus...and now we have Prachi do it...but wiht love...his was always in anger...😆

I agree with Krishna... That dragging Milind scene was basically intention-less😆😆 Her expression was too happy and relax to talk about Rithweck😊
