About Tejaswi Prakash Wayangankar

Born on 10 June 1992 in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) in a Marathi family, Tejaswi holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics and telecommunications. She lives with her younger brother Pratik Prakash Wayangankar and mother in Mumbai. Her father Prakash Wayangankar (engineer) is settled in Dubai. Her mother is her biggest inspiration.

A trained classical singer, Tejaswi is trained in swimming (knows scuba diving as well) and is a National level Basketball player.

She is often addressed as Teju or Teja by her near and dear ones whereas her friends call her TeeJay.

Her favourite Bollywood actors are Aditya Roy Kapoor and Irrfan Khan, while her favourite Bollywood actress is Deepika Padukone.

Tejaswi is a big foodie. Being a hardcore non vegetarian, she likes chicken and fish, butter chicken being her favourite.

Tejaswi has a good rapport with all her co-actors and other people with whom she works. She is a person fun to be with moreover her interviews are a treat to watch.

Her Journey in the world of Television so far

Tejaswi entered the world of Television after winning a beauty pageant organised in her college.

She was just 18 years old when she was signed as the positive lead of Life ok's show 26/12 followed by 26/13. After this there was no looking back. Soon she was signed as the positive lead of Color's show Sanskar Dharohar Apno Ki Season-2. Currently she is playing the character of Ragini in SwaRagini.

Characters played so far...Lets have a look!

RASHMI BHARGAVA (26/12 & 26/13)

She played the protagonist Rashmi Bhargava, a primary school teacher whose world turns upside down when her family becomes the victim of a terrorist plan. 26/12 was followed by 26/13 in which Rashmi becomes a member of Government Security agency.

DHARA (SDAK 2)

Dhara was the main lead of Sanskar Dharohar Apno Ki Season-2

The serial unfolded the Journey of an uneducated, illiterate but chirpy girl Dhara. Tejaswi was appreciated for beautifully playing the character of Gujrati girl Dhara.

RAGINI GADODIA (SWARAGINI)

Currently she is playing the character of Ragini, one of the two leads of the serial SwaRagini.

This character unlike other leads is quite different.

It has been positive, grey and negative and Tejaswi has played each and every shade of this character flawlessly.

Ragini was introduced as the positive lead, a submissive girl whose world was limited to her family.

Soon she falls in love with Laksh (the guy who was chosen by her family for her), and while her love slowly turns into obsession, Tejaswi's character turned into a grey shade character.

Ragini turned negative when Swara, Lakshya and Sanskar made her speak out the truth out of her will (without her consent). To take revenge from them Ragini has completely turned into a bad girl.

Tejaswi has been also nominated in the category "Best actress in a negative role" at Indian Television Awards for her amazing portrayal of her character Ragini

a. Chatting: We do allow minimum chatting in ATs, provided it is related to this AT alone. Additionally Do not spam with just emotions/numbers to increase post count/pages. Do not quote long quotes.You can quote three posts maximum and they should be small.

ATs are open for everyone, however, do not invade the AT with the purpose to rile up the fans or instigate them. Everyone has their right to voice out their opinions and should NOT be judged/generalized based on their likes/dislikes. If any of your fellow members/friends fails to follow the rules, kindly ask them to edit out or tell them its wrong rather than joining them and aggravate the issues further and equally responsible for carrying forward an unfavourable situation. Hence be responsible and take responsibility because that way you may prevent action taken against your AT thread.

ATs/discussions threads can NOT be used to target other members and NO pinpointing activity/mock or taking digs here toward other fan groups. Any derogatory references or name callings against actors /characters/members/Development team members are strictly PROHIBITED here.

b. Report: If you see anyone breaching the rules in any of the threads in the main forum, you will not come here and rant it out about it and snowball the issue further! Instead make use of the "REPORT" button and report the thread by stating the reason clearly. As soon as the Development Team comes online they would take the necessary action.

We can assure you guys that we only takes action where it's legit reason. However, here is a little catch for the stalkers who just want to report in order to get the AT closed down - If you report any post/comments that has no legit reason, you will be reliable for action against you for stalking.

If the DT sees more than 3 people breaking the AT rules constantly for a week, the effects of violations will kick start, which go as follows:

First Violation - Warning Note

Second - Another Warning Note

Third - Another Warning Note

Fourth - Close the AT for 24 hrs (1 Day)

Fifth - Close AT for 72 hrs (3 Days)

Sixth - Close AT for 1 week (7 Days)

Seventh - Get rid of AT completely from the forum/Shift it to Celebrity Fan Club Forum
