DTHs are costly. I pay nearly 350 pm for Airtel DTH including recording services. It's better to go with the local ones if the quality is good.

We get all Indian DTH services illegally because Govt. hasn't given license to any Indian DTH yet. Since Bangladesh is surrounded by India we get Indian network by default. 😃

Here is an advertisement of Indian DTH in Bangladesh.

Den is good and nowadays hd channels are also available.
So many channels @ 200 rs is not bad deal at all.
