In Maheshwari house, Kavita brings Sherwani for Sanskar and asks him to try it. She seems very excited about it but Sanskar tells her he has to send imp. Email so he'll try it later. She insists and makes him wear it. She says the sherwani looks very good on him & he looks very handsome in this sherwani. Sanskar reminisces Swara helping him wear his jacket and doesnt reply. Kavita asks if he didnt like the sherwani. He says he finds it bit heavy and he prefers simple outfits. Kavita says, he used to like such outfits only but many things have changed in these years including his choice of outfits. Sanskar says he'll wear this sherwani. She says she'll order another sherwani for him and leaves sadly. Sanskar recalls Swara saying "No sorry No thanks in friendship" and tells the same to Kavita. She smiles and says he still remembers this! It's good that some things havent changed still. She leaves. Sanskar recalls Swara crying and admitting she loved him. Annapurna comes there and tells Sanskar, he shouldnt do things that make him feel suffocated. He is sacrificing his own happiness for others' sake. He shouldnt suppress his feelings. Sanskar says, love happens only once and he had already fallen in love but destiny left his story incomplete so he began taking the story forward and destiny again took him to previous story. How he can move on leaving that story incomplete? Kavita comes there and requests Annapurna to help her choose a sherwani for Sanskar. She informs her that she has invited Swara & her family to the engagement and Swara has agreed to come. Sanskar and Annapurna are shocked.
At Gadodia house, Laksh asks Swara if she is coming to the engagement tomorrow. She nods yes and keeps Sanskar's blue T-shirt in bag. Laksh tells her sometimes it takes long to understand whom one really needs in his life; whom he needs to keep in his life and whom he needs to forget. Ragini listens to this and recalls how Laksh saved her when Kaveri tried to kill her. She gets teary-eyed thinking Laksh might be realizing her love for him. Swara gives the T-shirt to Laksh to give it to Sanskar. Ragini suggests to go. Laksh nods. ParvatiDadi & Sharmishtha come there. Dadi says she too is coming with Ragini. Ragini asks if she is coming to her sasural. She thanks her for staying with her at her in-laws and taking good care of her. She says its not good if she stays with her granddaughter and she wont like it if her in-laws taunt her so she should stay here only. She seeks her blessings but Dadi steps back. Looking at Laksh she tells Ragini that she'll regret one day for trusting Laksh. Ragini sadly says Nani also had cursed her. She tells Swara, she'll understand her position if she doesnt come to engagement tomorrow. She leaves with Laksh.
Dadaji stops Dadi from entering the house and says he cant leave with her under one roof. Dadi, Sherkhar, Sharmishtha & Swara get shocked. Dadaji says after what Dadi did, she has no place in this house. Dadi seeks support from Shekhar but he supports his father and condemns her for helping Ragini in her evil plans instead of showing her right path. Sharmishtha tells him to not talk to his mother like this. Swara too requests Shekhar and Dadaji to calm down. Dadaji says he had warned Dadi earlier too but she didnt listen to him and did only what she felt right. Because of her they all had to be embarrassed and he won't forgive her for that ever. Swara defends Dadi that she did all that because of what Laksh had done to Ragini but Dadaji doesnt agree to that. He tells Dadi that she always used to curse Swara but today Swara is defending her. Urvashi also comes there. Swara asks Dadaji to calm down. She says its their family and they'll all live here. Nobody will go. Sharmishtha suggests Dadaji to go inside and talk instead of discussing their family matter in public. Urvashi tells Sharmishtha, if she is hinting at her then she has already heard everything. She tells Dadaji that after Janki's death Dadi raised Ragini like her mother. She isnt her Dadi but her mom only and she supported Ragini coz of her love. She taunts Sharmishtha that only mother can understand her child's pain. Dadaji says Dadi can stay in the house if she wants but he'll have no relation with her and she'll have to earn the respect again if she wishes to come back in his life. He leaves in anger. Shekhar follows him. Dadi is in tears.
Kavita shows a broken photoframe to Sanskar and asks why he has kept it in his almirah. Sanskar recalls Ragini throwing the photoframe and breaking it. He says he'll keep it back. Kavita says its broken; they'll get new frame and offers to throw it away. Sanskar recalls Swara gathering the broken photoframe and says its very special for him. Kavita says its broken. Sanskar annoyedly says its broken that doesnt mean its not imp. and keeps it back in almirah. She asks whats so special in this photoframe. He says this frame had his & Swara's pic in it. Today this frame doesnt have their pic but Swara is still in his heart. Kavita is heartbroken. Sanskar tells her he loves Swara a lot. Kavita tries to change the topic but Sanskar holds her by her shoulders and repeats that he loves Swara. Kavita says, he is lying. He cant do this to her. She always loved him only. She has noone except him in her life. How can he move on in his life. Didnt even once he think about her? She rushes out crying and Sanskar runs after her trying to stop her. She gets hit by a car while running on street. Sanskar screams her name.

Sanskar realizes it was his imagination. Kavita is standing next to him. He is relieved to find her safe. She says she knows how much he loves his stuff & she wont throw the photoframe away. She says she has got sherwani for him and asks him to try it. She leaves. Sanskar thinks he cant tell her the truth as she wont be able to bear it. She is strong but not courageous enough to handle this truth and he wont be able to bear it if she feels hurt because of him.
Urvashi asks Dadi to not cry. She says she knows Dadi can never do anything wrong and taunts Sharmishtha for not stopping Shekhar when he was so angry. Swara says Sharmishtha did support Dadi but Urvashi knows the whole story. Urvashi chides her that she has no manners at all. She takes Dadi with her. Sharmishtha takes Swara with her.
At night Laksh comes in his room. Ragini gives him his hanky and thanks him for coming with her to Baadi. He asks her if she is okay. She asks why is he being so nice to her and acting to be concerned for her. He says if she feels he is acting then why is she asking. She says she didnt mean that but he always hated her so.. Laksh says he has already told her that he is fed up of hating her and arguing with her. He reflected upon what she told him y'day night and feels what she said was right. Ragini is confused what she said y'day night that melted Laksh. She remembers their convo. that none of these things would have happened had Laksh not broken their engagement but agreed for it happily. She wonders if Laksh has really changed and gets happy. She thinks Dadi was wrong.

Urvashi brings milk for Dadi but sees that food is already served to her. Dadi says Sharmishtha brought the food for her. Urvashi tries to incite Dadi against Sharmishtha and suggests to have the milk. She asks Dadi if she can call her Maaji. Dadi says she is like her daughter only and she sees her Janki in her. Urvashi hugs her.
In the morning, Sanskar is sadly holding new sherwani. Laksh comes there asking him to change his decision. He closes the door and tells Sanskar that he convinced him when he misunderstood Swara. Now its his duty to make him understand. Sanskar says he is doing this on his own will. Noone is pressurizing him. Laksh says he is under pressure as he doesnt want to leave Kavita alone but after marriage if he isnt happy, how will Kavita be happy. Sanskar says he loved Kavita and can love her again. Accepting her wont be difficult for him. He asks Laksh what he would have done had he got his first love back. Laksh says how he wished for it! But he isnt that lucky and wont have that chance. Sanskar still has that chance. He says he can still feel Swara's presence in this room and Sanskar too can feel it. Sanskar asks what does he mean. Laksh gives him the T-shirt that Swara had sent.
