My answer will be similar to others'. I'm sure Milind wouldn't leave Prachi now that he trusts her, plus he must know that Neev would be mentally instable, right... So he might come forward to them, and push Neev away from Prachi. Before he could hit Neev Prachi would stop him, reminding him Neev was not sane/healthy. He would leave but he'd bring Prachi along with him. I think that's what would happen. Milind then would ask professional help for Neev and try his best to keep Prachi away from Neev. Now Prachi should do the same in Ayesha's case:(
