Jia meets Waghe and thanks him for saving her. Waghe appolgises that he cant ask Jia in , Jia understands and is about to leave when the local grocery owner Mangat Ram appears. He recognizes Jia as Shekhar Pandey's wife who has brutally killed Nethra , the film actress.Jia gets angry at shouts at Mangat, which is overheard by a tied and gagged Nethra inside Waghe's house. Nethra realizes that its her last chance to freedom. Meanwhile in Pandey House,the Car rental owner, Sardarji, calls up and inform about Jia's disappearance without paying his rental. Pandeys gets some clue as to where Jia was last seen and follows it up with police. From the conversation between Mangat and Waghe it comes to fore that Mangat's delivery boy has been missing since he last came to deliver stuff at Waghe,s house and that Waghe has then ordered for some cosmetics which leads to some suspicion in Jia's mind. Meanwhile Samar along with police leaves for the place where Jia was last seen. After Mangat leaves, Jia also leaves but she finds something odd about the place and Waghe but not being able to gauge what it can be she leaves from the place. Waghe keeps watching Jia till she is gone and then goes inside to tell Nethra that its al destined and Nethra willl have to spend the rest of her life with him as no body will be able to trace her. Meanwhile Jia who had accidently left her hand bag, comes back and overhears the conversation between Waghe and Nethra. Jia realizes that Netra can be in danger…runs around the house.. through another verandah towards the window on the other side of the room…..she peeps through the window…sees Nethra tied...both Nethra and Jia look at each other….Jia whispers…don't worry everything would be fine…as Jia is speaking Nethra's expression changes….. we see Waghe standing behind Jia and aiming his pistol on her.Freeze
