My Riddle Explanation

I was unseen at first,

At first sight he was not in his picture

though fallen twice courage i say is must.

He had fallen down and again fell when he lifted his sword and he ranks courageous people highly

Took the place of another when fear dawned,

replaced the fat lady when sirius broke in

One approached me and left them all groaned.

harry asked for his assistance to find divination class but ended up tired from all the running

Small i may look,

He's short

Quick keep up flight i just took.

He runs very fast from portrait to portrait.

I know it's wrong, but hogwarts feasts were the first thing that I thought of. Christmas feast, halloween feast, start of year feast. 🤔
