Hi friends I m back with first part of my new story .Though I don't wanted to update it so soon but I m updateding it for my friends abha as she wanted it to read Asap.
Part 1
Raman drove towards the nearest police station to file complain of lost Ruhi .He thought that he will leave ruhi in police station so that they will find her parents asap and will hand her to them.He looked ruhi to assure that she has stopped crying .He saw she was looking excitedly outside to the food stalls ,which were on the roadside.Raman smiled and again engrossed himself in driving .After a while he thought that the little kid must be hungery .He asked Ruhi.
R- ruhi ,beta do you want to eat something.
Ruhi became happy and was going to nod but she recalled her mother's words that she shouldn't take any eatable item from strangers.
Poor kid became sad and shook her head negatively. Raman noticed that she is hungry but is denying due to some reason.He thought for sometime and spoke " Actually I was so hungry ,ah my stomach is also paining due yo hunger ,but I can't eat anything."
Ru- why uncle ,why can't you .
R- you don't want to eat then how can I eat alone .
Ru- ( innocently)- how can I eat anything given by you as I don't know you.
R-who told you this.
Ru - mamma always says that I should never talk or take anything from strangers as they will take me with them.
Listening to her raman was speechless as this is most comments sentence every parent teach to their kids.He thought something and then said " actually your mamma is right but I m not stranger.I m your friend na."
Ruhi thought for sometimes and shook her head.
R- so we can go and eat something.
Ru -( happily) ok .
Raman stopped in a nearby restaurant. Both get inside and sat .
R- so what you want to eat ,chowmin ,pasta ,pizza ,burger what.
Ru- ( thinking)- I want to eat idli.
Raman made a confused face and asked " you are such a chotu bachcha and you don't like pizza and burger."
Ru- I don't only like my mamma's made food ,she make everything yummy.
R- then why you are eating idli.
Ru ( almost crying )- mujhe mamma ki yaad as rahi hai .unhe idli bahut pasand hai ( I m missing mamma ,idli is her favorite).
Raman felt bad listening to her but he was confused ,how to console her .He embrace her in his arms and caress her back ,mean while their order has come .Raman sat her in his lap and started feeding her lovingly.
He was feeding her but not eating himself .seeing that ruhi told " uncle I will eat myself you have your food,aapka pet dard ho raha hai na ( you have stomach pain na )
Raman recalled and smiled on ,little girls concern .He gave her spoon and started eating his pasta but after a while he saw that she is not able to eat properly but all her chatni and rasam is spilling in the table but still she was trying .Raman's eyes got teary ,he left his pasta and again started feeding her .After she was done he asked for something else ,ruhi denied and said pointing to her little tummy that its full.
Raman smiled and started eatimg his pasta .After finishing ,he paid and again they headed to police station.
On the way ruhi slept.Raman reached police station and picked little ruhi in his arms .He went to the inspector and filed the complain .
Inspector asked necessary questions ,took his contact number and asked him to leave ruhi with them After being assured by inspector raman kissed ruhi's forehead and walked of the police station half heartedly .He don't want to leave ruhi in police station but he can't do anything .He again went to ruhi and saw her she was still sleeping ,raman caress her hairs lovingly and ran out from their with teary eyes. He was feeling awkward of his own feeling ,though he met ruhi few hours before but he was feeling a strange pull towards her .He was not understanding why he is feeling guilty to leave her in police station.Raman was lost in his thought as he was convincing himself that he is doing right in leaving ruhi in police station when he felt some weight on his legs .Raman looked down and tears started rolling from his eyes looking to the sight.He saw ruhi was encircling his legs tightly and was crying bitterly.
Ru( crying )- uncle please don't leave me here.mijhe dar lag raha hai ,WO uncle un uncle ko maar rahe hai ,WO mujhe bhi maarenge.
( that uncle in beating another uncle ,he will beat me also ).
Raman picked her and hugged her tightly and caress her back as she was having hicupps due to crying .while he was consoling her ,a constable came out in search of ruhi and found her with raman .The constable started shouting on ruhi and said " we were searching you inside and you are here.how do you come out without asking anyone ."
Raman got angry listening to him and walked inside the police station angrily and shouts on inspector " this is how you will took care of such a little kid .poor she ,she is already scared since she is lost and you people are scolding her ."
Inspector glared the constable and spoke politely to raman " I m sorry Mr bhalla for his behavior .actually we have called the orphanage manager ,he will come shortly and will took this girl along with him .she will remain their until we find her parents."
Raman's heart skipped listening to the inspector.He made his grip tight as he was still having ruhi in his arms.He thought something and asked the inspector." Sir I m well known business man in Delhi ,see this poor kid is so scared, if you allow I want to keep ruhi with myself till you find her parents ."
PI - are you sure,do you really want to keel her with you .
R- yup,inspector I m very sure .I want to keep her with me .
Inspector came forward and asked lovingly to ruhi " beta you want to go with this uncle ."
Ruhi nodded happily.Inspector allowed raman to take ruhi with himself ,Ruman got happy listening to him .They came out from the police station happily and hi fied .
R( smiling happily)- so rooh ,oh can I call you rooh as your mamma call you .
Ruhi thought for sometime and nodded happily.
R- so rooh ,I think we should do some shopping for you as you don't have anything.
Ruhi nodded happily.Ruman went to a mall.Raman purchased many things for her ,clothes ,slippers ,chips chocolate ,cake everything as if she will be with him for long.Ruhi looked the stuffs and hit her forehead and spoke " itna saara samaan ,uncle mamma kehti hai ki hamein WO hi cheezein leni chahiye jiski hamein zaroorat ho.( so much stuffs,uncle my mamma says that we should buy only those things which we need ).
Raman smiled listening to her as he recalls someone who always spoke same words to him.He caress her head lovingly and started explaining as he use to explain that person.
R- see rooh these are your clothes ,these are your shoes ,these are chips and chocolates ,for you if you feel hungry .Ruhi got happy listening to him she came forward and pecked him on his cheeks ,he hugged her lovingly .
They were coming out of yhe mall when ruhi saw a toy shop .she stop there as she was looking curiosly to the toys but her eyes stopped at a pink amd white teddy ,it was big one of her height.
Raman didn't saw it and he walked out from the mall .He went to his car put all the stuff in it and turned back to say ruhi to sit in car but he didn't found her .Raman got worried and ran back to mall again .He was searching her everywhere and was checking every little girl when he saw her crying in front of that toy shop..Raman called her name and ran towards ruhi ,she also saw him and came running to him .He hugged her tight while she hid herself in his arms .
Raman asked lovingly " where were you ,I thought I also lost you ."
Ru ( hugging tightly)- I was looking at that big teddy.
R- you liked it.
Ruhi nodded.Raman held her hand and walked in the shop and bought it for her .Ruhi was very happy ,looking to her raman got little relieved that may be she forgot her parents till police found them.
Raman then hold ruhis hand tightly and walk out of the mall while she was struggling to hold the big teddy they had bought ,soon they reach to the car .Ruman sat in it and drove towards Raman house.
