Firstly no one wants to get into a fight with him as he's too aggressive. Most people especially in the urban educated crowd are not used to such aggression and would prefer to back out.

Secondly because they can see that BB blatantly favours him and it is safe to stay on his side.

These were the exact 2 reasons that Armaan was friends with everyone in his season. Prince is the Armaan Kohli of this season.
