I am not from medical profession but how could the doctor diagnose poison intake just by finding the patient unconscious and conclude its suicide attempt without any blood test or anything determining presence of poison. Ishita said Raman was drinking he could hungover from large alcohol intake (not the first time Raman has been unconscious after drinking). Also it could be alcohol poisoning how does one conclude suicide attempt.

Doctors study different type of poison characteristics to find out without lab tests. For example certain poisons have particular smell, colour, shape of powder, and there are lots of symptoms shown by patient in each type of poison.
Thats y doctors r like know it alls or gods. They r as good as or better than laboratory tests.
