It's actually not the older adaptations they find boring, but the original epic itself, because the older adaptations followed the original epic almost to a T. The truth is, people find the epic boring and would rather see fictionalized drama. That's fine, let people enjoy watching fanfiction come alive onscreen, because that's what this show is, nothing but fanfiction written by the CVs.

Come on guys let us not drag the conversation of Siya Ke Ram being different from the original version. We cannot do nothing to change the script of the show. Even I agree with the point that skr is very much deviating from the original story line. Let us share our opinion on the current track with the makers of the show. Let us tweet or post on official srk pages so that they come to what is the viewers opinion.
I agree that we cannot spoil a mythological show with too much fantasy if they do so it will leave wrong imprints of Ramayan in young minds.
I will be pleased to see if they bring changes in the story line and make it more realistic😊😊😊
