Things at the chawl weren't going well. Kamla was boycotted by everyoe in the chawl. The chawl people had started packing their belongings on Manda Tai's advice. Kamla was sitting under the banyan tree with Pakhi by her side. Pakhi said,"Don't worry Kamla Maa. Everything will be fine. One Raghav arrives, everything will be alright." Kamla touched Pakhi's cheeks lovingly and said,"I hope so Pakhi. I hope everything be alright." Vitthal was thinking about the same thing. He wondered whether Kalpi as alright. Meanwhile in the car, Kalpi was twisting the stole around the neck. Raghav noticed this and asked,"Are you trying to murder urself ? I can help you with that." Kalpi put the stole down and asked,"What ??" Raghav looked at the road and said,"No. U were strangling that stole around your neck so I asked whether u needed any help." Kalpi glared and turned her eyes to the road. Raghav looked at her and asked,"Did you eat the pizza I left for you ?" Kalpi looked at him and thought,"The pizza that was left half-eaten by you ?? No ways..." She said,"Yes. Ofcourse. I did." She turned back to the road. Raghav looked at her and sighed,"This girl will never grow up." He stopped the car near a small shop and bought two biscuit packets, a chips packet and a coke bottle for himself." He handed the chips packet to her. Kalpi said,"No thanx. I am not hungry." Raghav said,"If you dn't eat this, I'll turn back the car." Kalpi frowned at him and took the pakcet from him She startedbiting and chewing each chip thinking it to be Raghav. Raghav on the other hand, oblivious to everything just drove along. At the chawl, The Kapoors had come along with the crane and their lawyer. The chawl people were looking helplessly. Prem said,"Leave before this place gets destroyed." Kamla ran towards the gate and said,"No Prem Baba. We will not leave this chawl. It is our home." Neetu rolled her eyes. Prem said,"No Kamla Bai. This is our property now." Kamla said,"If you want to demolish this chawl, then you will have to go through me." She stood by the gate with hands streched out. The other chawl members watched in surprise as Kamla stood there facing the crane. Vitthal asked,"Now tell me Chawl Waalon. If Kamla really did want money then why would she stand there ready to sacrifice herself ? Tell me." The chawl members looked down. Vitthal said,"You dnt have any answer. I know. I you want to help, you can. I am going to stand by the truth." He went and stood beside Kamla, arms outstreched. Pakhya followed suite. Pakhi also stood. Prem said,"Pookhi, come here. That's not ur place." Pakhi said,"Sorry Bhaiya. But I stand with the truth." Prem and Neetu watched her with wide eyes. One by one the chawl members joined Kamla in fight for the chawl. Kamla remembered Kalpi's books and ran up for them.
Meanwhile, Raghav had reached the outskirts of Mumbai. They were in traffic. Kalpi was fretting. She said,"Sir please. We need to reach there soon. Else they'll demolish the chawl. Please. Take any other route." Raghav looked at her and reversed his car taking another route. He called Sammy who was on the way to the chawl. Sammy was standing outside the chawl waiting for Raghav. Raghav reached the chawl in time. Kalpi got down from the car and ran towards the chawl while Raghav was talking with Sammy about the original papers. Kalpi saw that the crane had damaged the gates of the chawl. She shouted,"Stop !!!" Prem turned and smirked at her,"Well, look who is here !!! Miss. Kalpana Jadhav." Kalpi looked at him with tears in her eyes. Prem took the rope that was tied to the gate and pulled on them. Raghav came an stood on it. Prem pulled and pulled but the rope wouldn't come. Kalpi looked confused but then noticed Raghav standing on the rope with an amused look. She smiled lightly. As Prem pulled, Raghav let go and Prem fell into a ditch. The chawl people laughed at him and so did Kalpi. Neetu rushed to him and said,"Chocopie !! Are u alright ?" Prem came out and looked at everyone. He looked at Kalpi laughing silently and boiled with anger. He asked,"Who dared made me fall into the ditch ?? Answer me !!" Raghav said,"I did." Prem turned to him and asked,"Who are you to do such a thing ?" Raghav said,"Raghav Singhania. And this is my chawls that you are trying to demolish. Those arn't the original papers."? He turned to Sammy who gave him the papers. Raghav held the papers in hand and said,"These are the original papers. And nw if you dnt leave the chawl and the people in it, I will make sure u get harsh punishment." The Kapoors left not before Prem shot Kalpi an avenging look. As Raghav got surrounded by people, Kalpi went up to meet Kamla. Kamla was looking at Kalpi's books. Kalpi said weakly,"Aai !!" Kamla turned to see Kalpi on her knees, arms out waiting for Kamla to embrace her. Kamla stood up and walked towards her while Kalpi waited eagerly. Suddenly Pakhi came and hugged Kamla dancing leaving a distraught Kalpi looking at them. Vitthal and Pakhya entered. Pakya joined the hug while Vitthal looked Kalpi with sad eyes.
Kalpi ran out of the house and onto the balcony with tears in her eyes. Raghav who was on the other side looked at her with anxious eyes. Why was Kalpi crying ?? He saw her painfully crying and he couldn't handle it. He went. Vitthal came and put an arm around her,"So my Rajkumari has done it. My brave Rajkumari. Am so proud of you, beta." Kalpi rested into her father's arms and smiled slightly. Vitthal patted her head and vowed to make everything alright for his Rajkumari. Meanwhile in the car as Sammy and Raghav drived back to Raghav's house, Raghav was in a deep thinking mode. Sammy noticed this and asked,"What happened Raghav ?"Raghav said,"Sammy, I dnt know why. Kalpi looks so distanced from her family, mostly her mother. I dnt understand. She was crying when I saw her." Sammy said,"Raghav, a lot has changed since you went to America and Kalpi went t boarding school." Raghav asked,"What ??!! Kalpi went to boarding school ?" Sammy said,"Yeah Raghav." Raghav asked,"But why ?" Sammy said,"Raghav. After you went, The Kapoors fired Kamla Bai. Due to this Kamla Bai fell sick because being fired meant she could not meet Pakhi. And The Jadhavs had no money to pay the hospital fees. So Kalpi went and asked help from Neetu Kapoor. She kept an offer that if Kalpi worked in her house, she would pay the hospital bill.." At this, Raghav's fists balled even tighter. Sammy continued,"Kalpi agreed and started working for Neetu Kapoor. Pakhi found this out and told Kamla Bai who inturn slapped Kalpi and sent her to boarding school so that she wouldn't get into situations like these." Raghav thought,"So this is why Kalpi looks so distanced. And Neetu Kapoor !! I won't leave you for making Kalpi work like a maid."Suddenly his phone rang flashing a name DEEPIKA on the screen. Raghav smiled and attended it,"Hello Chutkola.. How are you ? How is everything there ? Do you know, I am with Sammy now." The call ended and Raghav said,"She asked about you. Apparantly, she misses you a lot." Sammy snickered. Raghav said,"What?? She really missed you a lot. I miss her a lot too. And haan.. She is coming to India." Sammy asked,"What !! When ?" Raghav replied,"Two weeks later. I am never gonna leave her out of u sight. My baby sister." Sammy asked,"Raghav.. What will you do when she gets married or falls in love ?" Raghav exclaimed,"No !!! She is only 21. There is not gonna be any OTHER man in her life until she turns 56." Sammy's eyes widened but he kept quiet nonetheless. Raghav asked,"What about the campus placement ? Did it go according to what we planned ?" Sammy said,"Everything is all set Raghav." Raghav smirked and thought,"Now its Payback time.."
