Where have her smiles disappeared?
Katrina Kaif is no longer that happy girl, who always had a smile for everyone. Sources close to the actress say she is always in a foul mood these days and loses her cool at the drop of a hat. Kat's behaviour has undergone a marked difference, they add, over the past two months after the promotions of Ranbir Kapoor-Deepika Padukone-starrer Tamasha began.
9xe had earlier told you about Katrina Kaif bursting into tears at Mount Mary Church, Bandra (FOUND: Katrina Kaif Sobbing In Prayers At Mount Mary Church!, October27). There was also buzz that Kat and her boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor are headed for splitsville over the Barfi! actor's warm equation with his ex-flame Deepika Padukone (SCOOP: Ranbir-Katrina headed for splitsville, December 16).
Sources close to the actress say Kat is perpetually in a bad mood these days. Her smiling face now wears a frown 24x7.
The difference in her demeanour is not only obvious to her staff members, but even acquaintances she meets outside her home.
Kat, we hear, used to frequent a wellness store in Pali Hill and had struck a strong rapport with its owner. She would spend hours there, idly looking at the stuff on display and chatting with the shop's malkin. The Dhoom 3 actress, who is known for her courteous behaviour, would also exchange pleasantries with the staff there.
Their bonding had become so strong; whenever the store owner made something special, she would send it to the actress' home.
However, like all good things, this one too has come to an end.
Over the past couple of months, Kat has changed drastically, say the sources. These days, she walks into the shop with a list and strictly sticks to the items mentioned in it. Forget conversations, she doesn't even smile anymore, they add.
