I think the Kunal guy will turn out to be the mae version of Misha😆He is already offering help to SidNi, running behind them, may be later he would get into their good books and turn negative or psycho lover of Roshni later🥱
The only difference is he can't be a close friend of Roshni b'coz SidNi won't allow him near Roshni knowing he is Roshni husband.. But I see the guy becoming a major head ache in future😆
