PROLOGUE
He was sitting idle in front of her, looking blankly. The entire family was busy having breakfast, peeping at the couple, now and then. He was not even blinking his eyes. Suddenly, she showed him her tongue playfully. Her tongue has become red because of the strawberry she had just a while ago. He could not help stop his lips from curling up. The family cleared their eyes to see if they are living the moment. She smiled at him, rolled her eyes, and pulled out her tongue with her hand as if it is a snake, which went inside. She was acting like a clown in front of him that made him smile cheekily. That smile turned into laughter in few minutes surprising the crowd who were looking teary eyed.
"Bhai smiled...! Maa...bhai...he is smiling...!" Simmi touched Toshi's shoulder while Om took both of them in his embrace overwhelmed by the change occurred in their son after Ishita's entry.
She walked to him and ruffled his hair running her fingers in it. He looked at her and motioned her to sit beside him. He moved closer and hugged her tight when she took a seat next to him. She soothed him by patting his back whilst he concealed his head in her fluffy chest closing his eyes. The family busied themselves to give the couple their own privacy.
"Raman...are you alright...?" She asked him after blowing a kiss in his hair.
"Hmm..." He hummed and hugged her even tighter.
She broke the hug and asked him to go to the bedroom and have a nap. He grizzled saying he wants to be with her. She felt it awkward, but dormant that feeling and walked to their bedroom with him still hugging her sideways, weighing himself on her.
