Why didn't Asoka work but Bajirao did? - Page 4

I am going to be an odd one but I loved Asoka. Kareen was a miscast. Shahrukh looked really cute in that film.

I loved that movie...don't know why it flopped...2001 was all about k3g,gadar,lagaan and dil chahta hain...that era was a dull era of bw.

Did Asoka really clash with Indian? I didn't see this movie until years later.

Asoka and Indian had clashed in 2002...Sunny Paaji's Indian had the highest opening that year...

But Deepika would have been 15 years old back then..How were they supposed to cast a 15 year old as the female lead? 😲

OT: Because it was a terrible film..It had fabulous songs though..Roshni se, San sanana and raat ka nasha<3

I too feel SRK was a misfit as Asoka back then. Plus the costumes and makeup were kinda hilarious 😆
