Part 36

Ishita sleeping peacefully while raman sitting on bed and thinking about ishita and his baby... he smiles... kisses ishita forehead... ishita smiles in her sleep and holds his hands... Raman slid beside her and caresses her tummy...

Raman: baby... sorry to disturb you in sleep... but I wanted to tell you... please come soon... I am waiting for you... I love you so much... hey listen... take care of yourself and your mumma... If I am not around...

Ishita holds raman hand which was caressing the tummy... and says in sleep: let us sleep raman... And stop doing this... It feels ticklish...

Raman: sorry...

Ishita: sleep...

Raman sleeps hugging ishita carefully not to hurt her...

Ishita cries in sleep... raman wakes up listening to her sobs...

Raman: ishita... ishita...

Ishita was crying and kept murmuring: don't leave raman... raman... our baby ... raman... baby is not responding... raman...

Raman: I am here ishita... open your eyes...

Ishita was crying.. seeing her in this state... raman shook her to make her awake from dream... ishita opens her eyes... she hugs him tightly... clutching his hands...

Raman: ishita.. relax...

Ishita: raman.. you are fine na... she cups his face

Raman: I am fine ishita...

She hugs him again then she says: raman baby... our baby...

Raman takes her hand and places it on her tummy and says: look baby is fine...

He takes her in hug and kept stroking her hairs... and says: it's a dream ishita... everything is fine... don't stress yourself...

Ishita: raman... everything will go like this smoothly... If anything goes wrong again...

Raman : shh... don't worry ishita... Everything is fine and it will remain good... nothing bad will happen... I am with you na...

Ishita: but raman...

Raman: why are you worrying... let sleep...

Raman makes her sleep...

Morning:

Raman was getting ready for office while ishita was sleeping... he wakes her up...

Raman: good morning ... my sleeping beauty now get up I am going to office...

Ishita opens her eyes and smiles at raman...she opens her arms... raman sits and hugs her... ishita wound her arms around his neck... and rest her head on his chest...

Raman: so today what is the wish of my wife and daughter???

Ishita: don't go to office today... She pouts

Raman: its difficult today jaan... I have to go to office... but I promise I will come early...

Ishita withdrew her arms and cross them on chest and glares at raman...: cant you do such small thing for me???

Raman: I can do anything for you...

Ishita: then don't to go office today...

Raman: jaan... you know today is important meeting... I had already told you earlier... I cant miss it...

Ishita eyes gets teary ... raman notices and pulls her for hug...

Ishita: I don't want to loose you...

Raman: what is the relation of meeting and this jaan... I am going to office.. not in any war zone...

Ishita: shut up...

Raman: I will be back... promise...

Ishita: raman...

Raman: are you still thinking about the dream???

Ishita nods...

Raman: ishita... that was a dream... not any reality... look.. nothing bad will happen... now can I go??? Please...

Ishita: raman...

Raman: ishita...

Ishita: okay go... but come soon...

Raman kisses her forehead and says: yes jaan...

Raman left for office... ishita was feeling restless... mrs bhalla notices the same... she tries to distract her but all her thoughts were on raman wellbeing... She was praying for his safe return...

Mrs bhalla: puttar don't worry so much... don't take stress its not good for health...

Ishita: maa.. its lunch time.. raman said he will have lunch with me... why he is not show up...

Mrs bhalla: may possible he struck in traffic...

Ishita: I will call him...

Ishita dials his number but he was not picking up the phone...she gets panic...

Ishita: maa raman is not picking the phone...

Toshi jee: relax ishita... battery will be low... Signal may be weak... don't stress yourself...

Ishita: maa... I will call mihir...

Toshi jee takes her phone and make her sit on chair gives her water... ishita shook her head in negative... toshi jee glares at ishita and make her drink water... she sit beside her and lovingly cups her face and kisses her forehead...

Mrs bhalla: ishita... sab theek hoga puttar...

Ishita: maa.. kuch galat hua to...

Mrs bhalla: why are you thinking negative... Don't think like this...

Ishita: maa muje theek nahe lag raha...

Mrs bhalla: ishita... acha abhi mihir ko call karty hian... theek hai... Ishita nods... mrs bhalla calls mihir... first he was not picking the phone... then he calls back...

Mihir: g aunty...

Toshi jee; raman kahan hai??? Ishita pareshaan ho rahi hai...

Mihir: raman is fine... he was busy in meeting... Bhabhi don't worry... bhai is fine... actually there is some emergency therefore bhai will be quite late... his phone battery is dead... okay...

Toshi jee: alright... mihir cuts the call... toshi jee tells ishita.. and ask her not to worry... raman will be at home in night.. toshi jee takes ishita in room... and ask her to take rest...

NIGHT:

Ishita was waiting for raman... raman comes with a tired face... ishita was sitting on bed... raman lay beside her and holds his head...ishita presses her head...

Ishita: its paining???

Raman: hmm... sorry ishita... i was busy... Mihir told me that you were worried... My phone battery was dead...

Ishita: its okay raman... I over reacted... work is important... Ap mery liye har waqt to kaam choor kar nahe beth sakty...

Raman: ishita... naraz ho???

Ishita: nahe... I am not angry on you... actually na your daughter bother me so much all day as i bother you so much na...

Raman: don't bother your mumma baby rooh...

Ishita: rooh???

Raman: yes.. my daughter name will be ruhi... nice na??

Ishita: our raman...

Raman: yes our... our ruhi...

Ishita hugs him... and both sleeps after a tiring day in each other embrace having peace...

TIME PASSES...

Raman walking tensedly in the hospital corridor... finally the time has come for his princess to open her eyes in the world... He was so worried for ishita and ruhi... as he has seen her in immense pain... His family was there for him for his strength... he can face all hurdles... but he cant see her in pain... his thoughts were broken by the voice of the cries of baby... his worried face lit up with happiness... but yet lines were on his forehead as he was worried for his ishita...

Nurse comes and hands over the little bundle of joy to raman... He ask about ishita... nurse tells that all is fine soon she will shifted to the room... raman sees his daughter... Who was just looking an angel... Soft as feather... he hugs her close to his heart... and goes in the room... Seeing his wife tiringly sleeping with a little sign of pain but yet with a contended smile on her angelic face... he sits beside her holding their daughter... kisses ishita forehead... She opens her eyes feeling his touch...

Raman: are you alright...

Ishita: hmmm...

Raman shows ruhi to ishita and says: look our daughter is just like you as I wanted... Ishita smiles...

Ishita: I am so happy raman... finally we have our daughter in our hands... we can hold her... I was so feared raman...

Raman put his finger on her lips and ask her not to mention old talks and live this beautiful time of their life... enjoy this moment... both hugs and smiles...
