Explanation:

I look like Christmas, - The traditional Christmas colours are red and green. Lily had red hair and green eyes (which must have been pretty striking because everyone keeps commenting on Harry's eyes).

And Was Born in Winter. - Lily's birthday was in January according to the tombstone we see in Deathly Hallows.

My work, though not my fault, Left others bitter. - Refers to Petunia and Snape. Lily being a witch and having magical powers which Petunia didn't possess left her bitter. Her going out with James and eventually marrying him left Snape bitter. Neither was Lily's fault.

I was the youngest,

And so is my namesake. - Both Lily Evans and Lily Luna Potter were the youngest kids in their immediate families.
