Since they have consummated, I am definitely sure that Mahira will be pregnant. And didn't they say in the past episode that Mahira's first born will be important for some prophecy. I have a feeling since Gul is sooo filmy...She might use the scene from Bajirao Mastani where Deepika is fighting the soldiers with her child...lol...just a thought.
